Food was good. Service took quite some time. Seems they were very overwhelmed with the amount of people in the restaurant
Called to reserve a room for someone. I, and my credit card were not present. He handed him keys , didn't take liscence plate for insurance, get a deposit or secure payment, was not there to collect keys etc and charged my card! He considers calling for a reservation a guarantee of payment ...be careful when dealing here
My husband and I stayed here in December 2017 through the Christmas holidays. We actually wrote a review and included several photos so future customers could make an informed decision, however, it appears the hotel owners made an appeal to Google to have a very truthful informative review removed and they clearly succeeded.Sadly, the room was not clean (in fact cleaning staff were not available over the holidays and we were not advised in advance), the internet was extremely slow, the walls were dirty and generally there was just very little care and attention to the premises both inside and outside. We pointed out the deficiencies on arrival and at check out and gave the owner every opportunity to respond. Instead, we were charged full price...$120/night.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone in it's current state. If this Google Review allowed a 0 of 5, that's how I would rate it.
The food and service were really good and the prices were very reasonable especially considering their location
Older, dated motel but has great potential. Great for work crews. Limited number of kitchenette suites. Plenty of HOT water. Great mountain views from main building. Hospitality room has cold cereal, muffins, toast with variety of spreads. Juice, coffee, tea & hot chocolate selection. Friendly manager & staff. Laundry room with pay washer & dryer. WiFi is weak but stronger near the office and hospitality room. Short walk 3 minutes up the hill, to a neighboring pub (Ridge Roadhouse) with good food, drink & even greater views of the mountains.
